5.2 Accuracy.

In the event a purchase is made whole or in part via debit card or credit card and the cardholder does not respond within 24 hours to reasonable communication attempts by Alliance Ventures LLC aka www.backroadproperties.com Members, agents or assigns, the transaction may be considered void and funds reversed back to the card holder and the property will be immediately available for purchase again by the public.
7.1 Debit & Credit Card Charge-Backs
In the event of charge-back and the deed for the property in question has not yet been shipped to the purchaser, the transaction is considered void and the property will be immediately available for purchase again by the public.
In the event of charge-back and the deed for the property in question has already been shipped to the purchaser, the full purchase price of the property becomes immediately due in addition to a $200 charge-back fee, and a penalty of $100 per day will be assessed until either a) payment of purchase price, fees and penalties is made in full via cashier’s check or money order, or b) the purchaser conveys the property via warranty deed back to Alliance Ventures LLC along with accrued charge-back fee and penalties paid by cashier’s check or money order.
8. Access and Interference.
You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content from our website without the prior expressed written permission from an authorized Member of Alliance Ventures LLC aka www.backroadproperties.com
9. No Warranty.
WE PROVIDE OUR WEB SITE AND SERVICES “AS IS” AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state.
10. Indemnity.

In such case, notice shall be deemed given 3 days after the date of mailing.
12. General.
This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Missouri as such laws are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within between residents. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our services, and operation of our site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between us with respect to the subject matter hereof.
